Akun Dock & Breakwater Project

The federal government has appropriated funds to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to conduct a feasibility study for the Akutan Dock and Breakwater Project through the Tribal Partnership Program. The Corps plans to spend $1.5 million and the Borough will spend $989,000 for this project. The Corps hopes to visit the site and complete the project plan soon.
